Introduction

These terms of use govern your purchases from and use of the wainerwatch.com website and constitute a binding agreement between you and Arıkan Saat A.Ş. By making a purchase from this website and using the site, you agree to these terms of use. Please make sure you read and understand these terms carefully before using our site.

Confirmation

After your order is received, an electronic invoice will be sent to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is important to enter a correct email address when placing an order. We recommend saving this email for future communication with customer service.

The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.

Payment

You can make your payments by credit card or debit card. All our banking transactions are managed by Adyen banking services.
Wainer The Swiss does not store your credit card information.

Payment by Card

You can securely pay online with Visa or MasterCard. Your payments are processed by Iyzico with secure encryption and strict banking standards. Your card information is transmitted directly to the bank and cannot be viewed by anyone outside the bank.

Wainer The Swiss does not charge extra fees for card payments. However, your bank may apply additional fees depending on your card or bank.

For payments made with a credit or debit card, the terms of sale become effective as soon as the card transaction is approved. If payment cannot be received after the order, Wainer The Swiss may automatically cancel the order.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be entered during the payment stage to be valid. Adding a promotional code after the purchase is not accepted.

Taxes

All prices displayed on wainerwatch.com include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.

If your order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, import duties and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These fees are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Wainer The Swiss has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount in advance. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Orders

Orders placed without the permission of another person will be reported to the authorities.

Wainer The Swiss reserves the right to change prices, correct erroneous prices, and modify all orders and campaigns. In case of erroneous pricing, the order may be canceled and the paid amount refunded. This process can be done at any time.

Consumers have the right to return an order within 30 days of receiving it. This right is valid if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, contact Wainer The Swiss to obtain the shipping address. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

In case of damage during transport, Wainer The Swiss should be contacted within 30 days for compensation information.

Warranty

Warranty period: 2 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects (mechanism, case, glass) that may occur in the watch itself. Other parts are not covered by the warranty.

To request a warranty claim, the contact form on the “Contact Us” page should be used. The email must include your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the problem. The subject of the email or letter should be specified as “Purchase claim”.

In the following cases, repair/replacement is subject to a fee, even within the warranty period:

  • Damage resulting from improper use or negligence (impact, crushing, glass breakage, etc.)

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Fire, water damage, or natural disasters

  • Aesthetic wear and tear from normal use (minor scratches, discoloration, etc.)

  • Failure to specify or alteration of the purchase date on the warranty certificate

  • Failure to send the warranty certificate with the watch

  • Battery replacement (not covered by warranty)

If original parts are unavailable, replacement parts may be used. This warranty does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.

Personal Information

When you shop at Wainer The Swiss, some of your personal data is stored to process your order. All personal information is kept confidential.

You can request access to your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete it. Wainer The Swiss may use cookies to improve the site experience.

Product Information

Wainer The Swiss reserves the right to change prices, additional costs, and product information (including images and campaigns) without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions endeavor to reflect the product as accurately as possible; however, all images are representative and may vary depending on screen settings.

Delivery and Cancellations

Wainer Switzerland ships worldwide. Deliveries are made via postal services and business partners.

Customers can return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in the same condition. The return shipping cost and risk are borne by the customer.

Customers who wish to cancel an order due to delivery delays must request cancellation before the order is shipped. Shipped orders must be received.

For discontinued products, Wainer The Swiss reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Complaint Conditions

Products should be checked for damage or defects upon delivery. Damage incurred during transport should be reported immediately to the shipping company.

If the product is damaged or different from the ordered product, we should be contacted within 30 days of delivery.

Complaints should be made via the form on the "Contact" page. The order number and reason for the complaint should be stated.

Responsibility

Wainer Switzerland's liability for delivery errors is limited to the applicable sales conditions. It is not responsible for direct or indirect damages (delivery delays, data loss, loss of income, etc.).

Force Majeure

In cases beyond Wainer Switzerland's control, such as war, natural disaster, fire, strike, legal regulations, weather conditions, or supplier-related issues, there is no liability for delays or non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights for brands, logos, content, and designs on the website belong to Wainer The Swiss or its licensors. Copying or using them for purposes other than personal and non-commercial use is prohibited.
