Entrance
These terms of use govern your purchases and use of the shop.wainer.ch website and constitute a binding agreement between you and Arıkan Saat A.Ş. (Tax No: 076021 7913 ), located at 34217 Mahmutbey Mah. İSTOÇ 17. Yol Caddesi Aslan Plaza, Bağcılar / İstanbul, Turkey (hereinafter referred to as “Wainer The Swiss” ).
By shopping on and using this website, you agree to these terms of use. Please make sure you have carefully read and understood these terms before using our site.
Approval
Once your order is received, an e-invoice will be sent to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email address for future communication with customer service.
The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase .
Payment
You can make your payments with a credit card or debit card . All our banking transactions are managed by Adyen banking services.
Wainer The Swiss does not store your credit card information.
Payment by Card
You can make secure online payments with Visa or MasterCard. Your payments are processed by Iyzico using secure encryption and strict banking standards. Your card information is transmitted directly to the bank and cannot be viewed by anyone outside the bank.
Wainer The Swiss does not charge extra fees for card payments. However, your bank may apply additional fees depending on your card or bank.
For payments made by credit or debit card, the terms and conditions of sale apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. If payment is not received after the order, Wainer The Swiss may automatically cancel the order.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Adding promotional codes after the purchase is not accepted.
Taxes
All prices shown on shop.wainer.ch include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.
If your order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU , import duties and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Wainer The Swiss has no control over these fees and cannot estimate the amounts in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
Orders
Orders placed without the permission of another party will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Wainer The Swiss reserves the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices, and make changes to all orders and promotions. In case of incorrect pricing, the order may be cancelled and the amount paid may be refunded. This can be done at any time.
Consumers have the right to return an order within 30 days of receiving it. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when received.
To initiate a return, you must contact Wainer The Swiss to obtain the shipping address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event of damage during transport, Wainer The Swiss must be contacted within 30 days for compensation information.
Guarantee
Warranty period: 2 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself (movement, case, glass). Parts other than these are not covered by the warranty.
To request a replacement under warranty, please use the contact form on the “ Contact Us ” page. Your email should include your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the problem. The subject line of the email or letter should be “ Purchase request ”.
In the following cases, repair/replacement will incur a fee , even within the warranty period:

Damage resulting from misuse or carelessness (impact, crushing, glass breakage, etc.)

Unauthorized repair or modification

Fire, water damage, or natural disasters

Aesthetic wear and tear from normal use (minor scratches, discoloration, etc.)

Failure to specify or alteration of the purchase date on the warranty certificate.

The warranty certificate was not sent with the watch.

Battery replacement (not covered under warranty)
If original parts are unavailable, replacement parts may be used. This warranty does not restrict your legal consumer rights.
Personal Information
When you shop at Wainer The Swiss, some of your personal data is stored for the purpose of processing your order. All personal information is kept confidential.
You can request access to your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete it. Wainer The Swiss may use cookies to improve your site experience.
Product Information
Wainer The Swiss reserves the right to change prices, additional charges and product information (including images and promotions) without prior notice.
Product images and descriptions attempt to accurately reflect the product; however, all images are representative and may vary depending on screen settings.
Deliveries and Cancellations
Wainer Switzerland ships worldwide. Deliveries are made via postal services and business partners.
Customers can return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in the same condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and risks.
Customers who wish to cancel their order due to a delivery delay must submit their cancellation request before the order is shipped. Orders that have been shipped must be collected.
In the event that production of the product has been discontinued, Wainer The Swiss reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Complaint Terms
Products should be checked for damage or defects upon delivery. Any damage incurred during transport must be reported to the shipping company immediately.
If the product is damaged or different from the one ordered, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Complaints should be submitted via the form on the “Contact Us” page. The order number and the reason for the complaint must be stated.
Responsibility
Wainer Switzerland's liability for delivery errors is limited to the applicable terms and conditions of sale. It is not liable for direct or indirect damages (delivery delay, data loss, loss of revenue, etc.).
Force Majeure
Wainer Switzerland shall not be liable for delays or failures to fulfill its contractual obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as war, natural disasters, fire, strikes, legal regulations, weather conditions, or supplier-related problems.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, content, and designs featured on this website are the intellectual property of Wainer The Swiss or its licensors. Copying or using them, except for personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited.
