You have the right to return all products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the date you received the product.

Item(s) to be returned;

• It must be unused .

• In its original packaging ,

• On its labels and protective tags ,

• The watch should be in the same condition as when it was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be shipped to our warehouse address for returns and refunds . Products cannot be returned from a local store.

Please note that you may be responsible for any return shipping costs .

Wainer is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Before returning the product, you must send an email to info@wainer.ch stating your reason for return and providing your information.

Please fill out the return form . Once we receive the form, we will contact you as soon as possible.
