You have the right to return all products purchased directly from our website within 14 days from the date you received the product.

The product(s) to be returned must:

• Be unused,

• Be in its original packaging,

• Have its labels and protective tags intact,

• Be in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be sent to our warehouse address for returns and refunds. Products cannot be returned to a local store.

Please note that shipping costs incurred during return shipment may be borne by you.

Wainer is not responsible for products lost during return shipping.

Before returning the product, you must send an email to info@wainerwatch.com stating your reason for return and your information.

Please fill out the return form. Once we receive the form, we will contact you as soon as possible.
